30-Day Limited Warranty

SmokeStik warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from an authorized reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days after date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

Cartomizers are considered a consumable product. They come with no warranty. Cartomizers are not eligible for refunds. It is normal for there to be an occasional underperforming or non-working cartomizer. This is impossible to prevent. Under certain circumstances we may offer replacements or Reward Points but ONLY if you have something to return. Once we receive your return we may offer a 1 to 1 compensation for any defective or nonworking cartomizers.

Under this warranty your only remedy is replacement. All replacement items will be brand new, we do not refurbish. The 30 day Limited Warranty does not offer refunded money however under certain circumstances, to be decided by SmokeStik, we may credit your Reward Points account with Gold Points. You will be required to return any item that needs replacing and are responsible for the cost of shipping. If your items are not packed securely and we receive an empty package you will not receive credit for the return. Due to the strict health regulations for the protection of our customers, you may exchange cartomizers if you have purchased the wrong type ONLY if the plastic seal covering the box is unbroken. Open boxes of cartomizers may not be returned for any reason. For your own protection you need to use a padded enveleope with a tracking number in case of postal loss. If you do not have a tracking number we can’t credit you for lost packages.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your SmokeStik device fails to operate satisfactorily, please simply follow these 3 easy steps:

Return Instructions for Warranty:

1. Email our Customer Service Department at service@us.smokestik.com in order to receive an approved, Return Merchandise Authorization. Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return Authorization." In the body of your email, please include your:

a.   Full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name,

b. Order number,

c.   Purchase date,

d. Telephone number,

e. Fax (optional),

f. Email address,

g. Shipping address

h. The reason for the return

All of these items are required for processing your request.

2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, our Customer Service Department will review the information you have provided, and email you back with a Return Authorization. Please do not send any product to us unless and until you have received your RMA. Once you have received your RMA, please securely package your components in a padded envelope and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA and your original dated purchase receipt if you are a retail customer. If you are experiencing an issue with a product component only, please do not send us your entire starter kit.

3. Mail any product returns to the address you received in the RMA emali from Smokestik .

 

4. Once our Customer Service Department has received the product you have returned, we will then send you a confirmation email indicating our receipt of same, and our email to you will include an estimated time of delivery of your replacement SmokeStik product and/or components.
