THIS APPLIES TO ALL SMOKESTIK KITS PURCHASED ONLINE ONLY IF YOU WISH TO GET A REFUND FOR THE ENTIRE KIT. BATTERIES AND CHARGERS PURCHASED SEPARATELY ARE COVERED UNDER THE 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY, TANKS AND CARTOMIZERS ARE CONSIDERED CONSUMABLES AND ARE SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ULTRA ELIQUID BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN, REFUND or REPLACEMENT.

Requests for Refund need to be made within 30 days of receipt. All free items (bonuses) must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund, minus 10% restocking fee (at our discretion) and original shipping and handling. Any Gold Points earned by a returned order will be voided. For hygienic reasons, we will not provide a refund for used cartomizers. If free shipping was used in the original order the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

It is SOLELY the responsibility of the customer to monitor their bank account and verify that their refund has been posted.

Customers must request an RMA authorization prior to returning any merchandise to SmokeStik.com.

Cartomizers are considered a consumable product. They come with no warranty. Cartomizers are not eligible for refunds. It is normal for there to be an occasional underperforming or non-working cartomizer. This is impossible to prevent. Under certain circumstances we may offer replacements or Reward Points but ONLY if you have something to return. Once we receive your return we may offer a 1 to 1 compensation for any defective or nonworking cartomizers.

Return Instructions for 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

1. Email our Customer Service Department at service@us.smokestik.com in order to receive an approved Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return Authorization Number." In the body of your email, please include your:

a.   Full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name,

b. Order number,

c.   Purchase date,

d. Telephone number,

e. Fax (optional),

f.   Email address,

g. Shipping address,

h. The reason for the return

2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, our Customer Service Department will respond to your email with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please do not send any product to us until you have received your RMA#. Once you have received your RMA#, please securely package your starter kit and/or components, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department indicating your RMA#.

3. Mail your return to the address provided to you in the return RMA email you received.

4. Once our Customer Service Department has received your return a refund will be issued. Refunds normally get issued on Fridays. If you have an urgent need please track your own package and email us when you see it arrive at our warehouse. It typically takes up to 72 hours for your own bank to post your credit. Please check and make sure you see this happen.

Please note that only original condition products are entitled to a refund if purchased from the Smokestik.com website, less shipping and handling fees.

All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be inadequately packaged, abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns.
