Recurring FAQ

The following should answer any questions you have related to our new recurring program. If you have questions that are not answered below please contact us at: service@us.smokestik.com

  • Q: Can I get recurring on other products besides Cartomizers?

    A: Currently we only offer recurring orders for Cartomizers. We may add other products in the future, keep an eye on your inbox.

  • Q: Can I still order in-between recurrences.

    A: Of course, you can place orders in-between recurrences, regular orders will not affect your recurring order(s).

  • Q: My first order received free shipping, will all my recurrences get free shipping?

    A: If your recurring order items add up to over $50.00 you will continue to receive free shipping for your recurring orders. However, if your recurring items do not add up to over this amount, you will be charged a shipping fee of $4.95.

  • Q: Can I change my recurring date?

    A: Unfortunately at this time we cannot change the dayshipping fee of $4.95s of recurring orders. The date of your first recurring order will be used as a reference for all future recurrences.

  • Q: Why doesn't my card work for recurring?

    A: Your credit card must have an expiry date that is at least one recurrence in the future. At a minimum this must be at least 1 month no matter the length of your recurrence choice.

  • Q: Can I edit my recurring order?

    A: The current system only allows for items to be removed. If you'd like to edit or change items, you will need to cancel your current recurring order and start a new one.

  • Q: Can I add to an upcoming recurring order?

    A: Please contact us at least 2 days before your next recurrence so that we have time to add extra items to your order. Otherwise we may not have time before your order is shipped to add in other items.

  • Q: My credit card is expiring soon, what should I do?

    A: The current system requires that you cancel your current order and start a new recurring order. We cannot at this time update credit card information. Again keep an eye on your inbox for this feature in the future.

  • Q: How do refunds work with recurring orders?

    A: As with regular orders, your order will need to be returned before a credit/refund can be applied to your credit card. A minimum fee of $4.95 for shipping will be deducted from your refund and/or the original shipping fee. You will be responsible for shipping your order back to us. We highly recommend adding a tracking number as no credit/refund will be applied until your package is received and processed.

  • Q: Can I change my shipping preference once my recurrence starts?

    A: No, your order will be shipped the same way you chose when you placed your first recurring order.

  • Q: Can I change my shipping information?

    A: If you need to change a shipping address for just a single recurrence please contact us at least two days ahead of time. If you need to change your shipping address permanently, please cancel and re-start your recurrence with your new address.

  • Q: When does my recurring order stop?

    A: Recurring orders will continue until cancelled or unil the credit card used expires. However you may cancel at any time by going to "My Account" and click on "My Recurring Orders" and cancelling one or all of your current recurring orders.

  • Q: Is there any fee to start or cancel a recurring order?

    A: There are no fees for starting or cancelling your recurring order as long as the order has not shipped.

  • Q: Will I earn points for my recurring orders?

    A: Yes, each recurring order will gain points as if they were regular orders. You can use your points for purchases outside of your regular recurring items.

  • Q: Can I freeze my recurring order(s)?

    A: Currently the system does not allow this; you will need to cancel your recurring order(s) if you do not want to receive your recurring items.

  • Q: What about sales during my recurring order?

    A: Specials or Sales cannot be applied to specifc recurrances. However, if your recurring products were to be shipped within 7 days of a sale ending, you can email support at service@us.smokestik.com to have a points credit applied to your account for the amount saved.

  • Q: Is there a minimum recurring order value?

    A: The minimum is at least one 5 pack per recurrence period.

  • Q: Where are my credit card details stored?

    A: Your credit card details are only stored with our secure credit card processor. We do not store any credit card details on the SmokeStik server.
